The house is built to adhere to the highest standards thanks to the newest materials and technologies, but with respect to the surrounding nature. Each of sixteen apartments has a spacious balcony with the enchanting view of Klinovac and Fichtelberg, four apartments on the ground level then have a private frontgarden.
The interior of apartments is realized using luxurious materials (vinyl floors, large format paneling, Hanak kitchen with Electrolux appliances, etc.). Warmth and comfort are ensured by modern water underfloor heating system with web-based remote control. The setting is completed by a convenient elevator. Included with each apartments is a private parking place with a spacious storage unit for any sport equipment.
